Our founder started small, working with a handful of boutique wellness centres in London who struggled to find reliable, high-quality laundry services. Larger providers were often too impersonal, while smaller operators lacked the consistency and capacity needed in hospitality. This gap inspired the creation of Fresh Essence.

From those humble beginnings, Fresh Essence has grown into a trusted partner for hotels, spas, and hospitality businesses across London. We built strong partnerships with leading commercial laundry facilities and premium linen suppliers, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard products and service.
